A quiet farm retreat,
made for unwinding.
The Cottage is a renovated former horse hotel — it keeps all the charm of its past life, updated for comfort and convenience. The Cabin is a cozy studio with its own corner of the farm. Both overlook the pasture, with the Siskiyous to the south and Grizzly Peak to the east.
We’re just two easy miles from downtown Ashland, with wineries close by, hiking all around, and swimming at Emigrant Lake. Walk the property, wander the field, and make yourself at home.

How many guests can each stay sleep?
Both rentals comfortably sleep two. The Cottage has a king bed; The Cabin is a studio with a queen — and each is entirely yours.
Is check-in self-service?
Yes — both stays have self check-in with a lockbox. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is by noon.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome at The Cabin — plenty of our guests road-trip with their pups. To keep The Cottage allergy-friendly, it stays pet-free.
Are the kitchens fully stocked?
Yes — both stays have fully equipped kitchens with quality cookware and pantry essentials, plus a welcome basket on arrival.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Email us and we’ll do what we can — but cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice aren’t refundable.
